Been going there for a couple of years now but after going in recently to get a couple of urgent screws which only cost $1 and going to pay with cash (the right amount) was told $5 minimum cash spend. I had to buy something else which was well overpriced. Cheap fastners, exspensive everything else. Pretty disappointed. I've never heard of a minimum cash spend before.

Beyondstone/Monica were chasing some SS timber screws and Shaun was the only one here in Perth who had them in stock and was very helpful with our stressful installation. Great Service and Prices. Highly recommend them

Service might be good but pricing terrible.! 3x the price for fasteners (and i was was buying full boxes of 50's & 100's) compared to Rudds Ind. Wont be going back to Multifix ever again.

Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. Unless you’re buying large quantities the staff aren’t interested and are rude and not overly helpful. They don’t want you coming in and asking for a couple of items. Unfortunately there doesn’t appear to be management on site so no one around to manage the behaviour and attitudes
